Weekend Reading List

link up green sisterhoodI couldn’t help but to drool over the plush bed, the eco spa and the salt pool at the eco-friendly hotel in Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, Brenna wrote about last week.

Who wouldn’t love a salt pool? No chlorine!

And many of you felt the same way since her post received the most clicks from last week’s linky party! Thanks for introducing us to the gorgeous eco hotel Brenna!

Also, Mindful Mama shared her observations on being green while vacationing in which she described using the “outhouse” for 6 days and surviving. Hmmm…do you think you can use the outhouse for a week?

If YOU have fun green tips, eco news, awesome green tips, and delicious recipes or green DIY tutorials, link up and share your posts.

We would LOVE to read ‘em!

Oh, we LOVE Tapenade! When I used to eat cheese, I'd have a plateful of crackers with Tapenade, cheese, and crackers for dinner. Now, I just have Tapenade and grilled veggies on top of toasted french baguette! Yum!

Using an outhouse for 6 days? That is commitment! Not sure I could do that, :)

When I first moved to Dallas, the condos I lived in had a salt water pool rather than chlorine, I'd definitely like to do that if we ever have a pool!  Also, highly recommend the elderberry syrup recipe in the linky!

I would love to find a local pool with no chlorine for my kiddos to swim in!  Thanks for hosting the link up!
